Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Article 34 of the Ordinance on Organization of the National Assembly and the State Council;

The Ordinance on Dykes that has been passed by the State Council of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 9 November 1989.
