-   Committees for Flood and Storm Control and Search & Rescue of relevant    ministries and sectors: Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Transport, the General Department of Tourism

A hailstorm and a whirlwind occurred in Quang Ninh province caused serious damage for human life and property at 7:00 am 21^st November 2006.

Central Committee for Flood and Storm Control, National Committee for Search & Rescue ask Committees for Flood and Storm Control and Committees for Search & Rescue of Quang Ninh province and relevant ministries and sectors:

1. Implement measures for searching for missing people and cure of injured people; bury dead bodies thoroughly
2. Provide supports to households whose members were dead, missing or injured
3. Provide supports to households for repairing their broken houses; help households to rescue their sunk boats and ships from the river.
4. CFSC of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of transport and the General Department of Tourism direct relevant agencies to resume disaster consequences and provide supports to victims
5. Assign officials to be on duty during 24 hours to monitor closely the disaster situation and timely report to CCFSC
