TO:

- Committees for Flood and Storm Control and Search and Rescue of provinces: Nghe An, Quang Binh, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa and Binh Thuan.

- Committees for Flood and Storm Control and Search and Rescue: Ministry of Fisheries, The High Command of Border Guard

At present, couldn’t contact with some boats and ships or are at dangerous area in above provinces, CCFSC requested:

            1. contact with boats and ships, include: Nghe An – 6 boats with 39 fishermen, Quang Binh – 1 boats with 6 fishermen.

            2. Call immediately with boats and ships are still at dangerous are to move shelters, include: Quang Ngai – 2 boats/32 fishermen still are at Truong Sa; Binh Dinh – 95 boats/765 fishermen are at South East Truong Sa; Khanh Hoa – 3 boats/30 fishermen are at Truong Sa; Binh Thuan – 584 boats/4833 fishermen are at Con Dao – Phu Quy and 804/4612 fishermen are near the beach.

            3. Inform to CCFSC by 7 am on 03/12/2006.
