REPORT ON DAMAGE CAUSED BY LANDSLIDE IN LAO CAI PROVINCE

-          Number of people killed and missing: 24 (11 bodies were found)

-          Number of houses collapsed: 04

-          Area of rice damaged: 5 ha

-          Number cattle dead: 11

Total loss estimated at VND 250 million (approximately US$ 16,000)

Relief measures have been urgently taken by authorities.
