At least 15 dead in ferry tragedy

QUANG NINH-Fifteen people were reported deaf or missing on Thursday following the capsize of a boat hit by a whirlwind on the northeast province of Quang Ninh Province.
Just three of the 19 people on boat were rescued after the accident on the Cua Luc River near Ha Long City, local authorities said.
Helmsman Nguyen Van Tuan, was transporting 18 people including his family when the boat was sunk.
The Quang Ninh People ‘s Committee has asked rescue teams and waterway traffic police to continue the search for victims.  - VNS
